(The chocolate truffles)
Préparation (preparation): 15 minutes
Ingrédients (ingredients):
250 g de chocolat noir (dark chocolate)
125 g de beurre non salé (unsalted butter)
2 jaunes d'oeuf (egg yolks)
1 paquet de sucre vanillé (1 bag of vanilla powder)
125g de sucre glace (icing sugar)
50 g de cacao en poudre (cacao powder)
Préparation:
Dans une
casserole, casse le chocolat en morceaux et fais fondre à feu doux (In a saucepan, break the chocolate and melt gently over a low
heat)
Ajoute le beurre
coupé en petits dés et mélange (Add the butter cut into
small pieces and mix together)
Quand le beurre a
fondu, retire du feu (When the butter has melted, remove from heat)
Ajoute les jaunes
d'oeuf, le sucre vanillé et le sucre glace (Add the egg
yolks, the vanilla powder and the icing sugar)
Mélange le tout (Mix well together)
Mets la pâte au
frigo pendant au moins une heure (Put the mixture in the fridge
for at least 1 hour)
Ensuite, forme
des petites boulettes de pâte avec tes mains et roule dans le cacao (Then, with your hands, make some small balls with the solid mixture)
Dispose sur un
plat (Lay on a dish)
